Lo.Co. Removals History and Customer Reviews

Lo.Co. Removals was established by Laurie Box in 1995, recognising the need for a professional removalist with modern vehicles. In the beginning, the business only serviced the local East Gippsland area. However, it was not long before Lo.Co. extended operations and offered removalist services Australia wide.

The fleet of removalist vehicles and staff grew and the next step was to offer self storage facilities, at first inside the Lo.Co. Removals Depot in Collins Street, Bairnsdale.

Lo.Co. Removals was soon accepted as a member of the Australian Furniture Removers Association in recognition of the high standards of service, professional staff training and commitment toward compliance with the AFRA code of conduct.

The company partnered with Aldridge & Street Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd to become an authorised Transit and Self Storage Insurance representative registered with ASIC.

In 2011, the partner business Total Store was formed with all new, modern, state of the art self storage facilities and Head Office located at 72 Forge Creek Road in Bairnsdale.

Today Lo.Co. Removals and Total Store offer you complete removalist and self storage solutions tailored to meet your personal needs, regardless whether they be big or small.

There are numerous sizes of storage units available, ideal for both residential and commercial clients with secure digital keypad entry, 7 day access and 24 hour CCTV security camera surveillance.

We recently moved with LoCo Removals and found the service from the first contact to be excellent. I completed a quote online and this was followed up with friendly phone calls and a site visit prior to moving day.
The movers on the day were highly skilled and very efficient and worked non-stop! Would highly recommend using them, it took the stress out of moving.

I found the experience from booking your company through to payment very easy and stress free. The guys arrived on time after ringing ahead and we found them to be very polite, clean and efficient. We had a house full of furniture and no damage or breakages occurred during the move.
